CommuniComm is a partner company of Mediastream.

New &
Improved Billing Statement and Payment Options
Beginning the
first week of October, Mediastream customers
will receive an upgraded monthly billing statement that is easier
to read and understand. In addition to this friendlier, improved
format, customers will also:
o
Have an online bill-pay option that is now FREE
o
Get convenient online access to their monthly
billing statements
o
Be able to use a credit/debit card for payment
o
Have the option to receive their billing statements
by email
To
support the new & improved options above, customers need to
know that:
1)
They will receive a new account number on their October
statements. So, customers with an auto-draft payment set up
will need to contact their banks so payments can still be made.
2)
The date that they receive their billing statements has also
changed. So, customers’ bills may be pro-rated to
align their billing date with the new billing cycles. With this one-time
adjustment, customers’ statements may reflect a few days
more or less. The number of days affects the total bill, so your
total in this October statement may be different from your prior
month. Please note that your pricing has NOT changed. Your
statement in November will be back to its regular total amount.

identification number (PIN). If you do not currently have a PIN
number, your PIN would be the last four digits of your social
security number.
